Pricing

At Omega Computer Repairs, we take a simplistic and reasonable approach to pricing. Services are categorized as either Basic or Advanced based on difficulty and time investment required. We offer flat rate pricing on labor and the diagnosis of issues is always included in the price of repair. Components are not included in labor costs and will be discussed with you prior to being selected, if applicable.

We perform in-shop repairs and will travel to you to pick up your device as well as to return it once the repair is completed. In-home repair services are offered, however available hours may be limited.

• Basic Services - $60

Examples of basic services: Virus removals, slow computer tune-ups, backups, standalone diagnosis, most PC and laptop hardware repairs, etc. Most requests will fall under the Basic Services tier.

• Advanced Services - $140

Examples of advanced services: Full Operating System reinstall with data migration, advanced laptop hardware repair, etc.

• In-Home Repairs - $80 per hour, minimum 30 minutes - additional time billed in 15 minute increments

• Consulting - Variable rate depending on project - contact us for details

The amount will be valid for 24 hours, after which we will need to refresh the conversion rate if you haven't yet sent payment.
